Add-Shop E-Retail's board has approved several material related party transactions with Dada Organics, Dadaji Lifescience, and Scarnose International, all pending shareholder approval.

The board also noted the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates, and proposed the appointment of M/s. Jitendra Parmar & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the notice for the 13th Annual General Meeting was approved, which will be held virtually for shareholders to consider these and other matters.
