National Plastic Industries has announced its Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conferencing.

Shareholders can access the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the meeting notice electronically on the company and exchange websites.

An e-voting facility is provided for shareholders to cast their votes on proposed resolutions, with a set cut-off date for eligibility.

Remote e-voting will be open for a period prior to the meeting, enabling broad shareholder participation.
