Simmonds Marshall Limited has announced important dates for its dividend payment.

The Board put forth a dividend of Rs. 0.80 per equity share (40%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

For eligible shareholders, the record date is September 15, 2026, and the share transfer books will be closed from September 16 to September 22, 2026. Approved dividends will be paid on or after September 27, 2026, to those holding shares by the record date.
