Hitachi Energy India's AGM passed all resolutions, including FY26 financials and dividend.

The company announced a new INR 2,000 Cr investment for a transformer facility, bringing total CAPEX to INR 4,000 Cr, supported by a recent INR 2,521 Cr QIP.

Employee stock plans were also approved.
