South West Pinnacle Exploration (SWPE) has increased its strategic stake in Australia-listed Alara Resources Limited (ARL), an Oman-focused copper and metals explorer.

Through a rights issue subscription, SWPE, along with its promoters, invested approximately AUD 0.96 million to boost their aggregate holding from 10.83% to 12.66%. This move strengthens SWPE's position in a complementary mining and exploration business, aiming for operational synergies and enhancing its joint venture opportunities in Oman's promising metals sector.
