Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited has appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Jha as an Additional Director (Non-executive - Independent Director) for a four-year term, pending shareholder approval.

The company's Board approved this, following a suggestion from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Jha brings over 48 years of extensive experience in the power sector, including leadership roles at NTPC where he advanced renewable energy initiatives.

His expertise in power generation, project management, and renewable energy is expected to significantly strengthen the board and support the company’s strategic direction.
