Innovators Facade Systems Limited has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 22, 2026. Shareholders can participate and vote on company matters.

To determine eligible members for voting and other corporate actions, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026. Remote e-voting facilities will be available from September 18, 2026, to September 21, 2026, allowing shareholders to cast their votes electronically ahead of the meeting.
