Outcome of Board Meeting

Homesfy Realty's board approved the annual report for FY26. Key decisions include appointing Shah Sanghvi & Associates as Statutory Auditors (subject to AGM nod) and ATMS & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY27. The board also re-appointed Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mishra as Executive Director and scheduled the 15th AGM for September 26, 2026.
