Company shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr. Abdul Basith Shaikh as an Executive Director, regularizing his prior role as an Additional Director.

He will receive an annual remuneration of Rs. 0.27 Cr.

Mr. Shaikh brings over a decade of industry experience from major groups like JSW, Welspun, and Tata Steel, holding B.Tech and MBA degrees.

Investors should note his relationship to Mr. Khalid Khan, the Managing Director & CEO, as his daughter's husband.

This appointment strengthens the company's executive leadership.
