KREON FINNANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED has acquired an additional 30,000 equity shares in Gujarat Winding Systems Limited through open market purchases.

This acquisition increased KREON's total holding in Gujarat Winding Systems to 362,792 shares, representing 7.47% of the total share capital.
