Finolex Cables has set Friday, 4th September, 2026, as the record date for its FY2025-26 dividend.

Shareholders owning shares by this date will be eligible for the proposed dividend of Rs. 9/- per equity share (450%). This dividend requires approval at the 58th Annual General Meeting on Monday, 28th September, 2026. If approved, the payment will be disbursed by 27th October, 2026.
