Waaree Technologies has announced its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. BHATTER & CO., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditor.

This change is due to the conclusion of the term for the current auditor, M/s. R T Jain & Co LLP.

The proposed appointment of M/s. BHATTER & CO., a Mumbai-based firm established in 1975, will take effect only after receiving approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This ensures continued independent financial oversight for the company.
