Ceinsys Tech announced a change in its key leadership with the resignation of CA Amita Saxena, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Citing personal reasons, her departure will be effective October 15, 2026. The Board has accepted her resignation.

The company has a succession plan in place, with responsibilities transitioning to CA Richa Jain, who was recently appointed as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

This move aims to ensure continuity and a seamless handover of critical financial functions for Ceinsys Tech.
