Swarnsarita Jewels India Ltd's members have approved all five resolutions presented at the 34th Annual General Meeting.

Key approvals include the adoption of the audited financial statements, the re-appointment of Mrs. Rajul Chordia as a Whole-time Director for five years, and the appointment of Mr. Jash Amit Adani as an Independent Director for five years.

Shareholders also approved the payment of overall managerial remuneration to directors.
