Sheshadri Industries Limited will hold its 17th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. Shareholders will vote on adopting the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, which reported total revenue of Rs. 28.25 Cr, PBT of Rs. 4.43 Cr, and PAT of Rs. 2.18 Cr.

Key items include the re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Jeetender Kumar Agarwal for five years with a monthly basic salary of Rs. 3.50 lakh plus commission and perquisites.

The meeting will also seek approval for related party transactions for FY27, involving various sales, purchases, or services with entities linked to the Managing Director's relatives, totaling Rs. 81 Cr.
