Siddheswari Garments Limited has set 23rd September as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility to participate and vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for 30th September.

In connection with the AGM, the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 24th September to 30th September, both days inclusive.
