Record Date

Yash Optics & Lens has set September 15, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, once approved at the 16th Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026. This also marks the cut-off for e-voting at the AGM.
