Ishaan Infrastructures' board has approved a significant strategic expansion.

The company will acquire 100% of Blisstering Electronics and Bliss Cab Electronics, valued at ₹79.45 Cr, via a share swap, issuing 5.68 Cr new shares at ₹14 each.

Blisstering Electronics reported ₹164.69 Cr turnover, and Bliss Cab ₹1.31 Cr, signaling Ishaan's entry into electronic components and cables.

The board also increased authorized share capital to ₹64.00 Cr, appointed new statutory and secretarial auditors, and a new independent director following multiple resignations.

An executive director also transitioned to a non-executive role.
