Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

In furtherance to our intimation dated July 31, 2026, regarding intimation for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of TV Vision Limited ( the Company ) by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench I, we hereby inform you that the Committee of Creditors ( COC ) has been formed on August 22, 2026 pursuant to Section 21 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), and the 01st meeting of Committee of Creditors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31st August, 2026 at 12:30 P.M pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III.
