Record Date

ACUTAAS CHEMICALS has set September 17, 2026, as the Record Date for its Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. If shareholders approve the dividend at the AGM on September 24, 2026, eligible investors will receive Rs. 2.50 per equity share (50% dividend on Rs. 5 face value). The payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM declaration.
