Aster DM Quality Care: Promoter entity Union (Mauritius) Holdings Ltd (UMHL) has indirectly pledged its entire 2.29% stake (1.99 crore shares) in Aster DM Quality Care.

This pledge was created by Dr. Azad Moopen and family members over their shares in UMHL.

The move secures existing group loan facilities totaling USD 210 million from lenders including Barclays Bank PLC and J.P.

Morgan Chase Bank.

This means a significant portion of the promoter's direct holding is now tied as collateral for group debt.
