Healthy Investments’ board approved significant governance changes.

Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

The company appointed M/s. KPSN & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Madhukar Reddy & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, following earlier resignations.

M/s. Kasat & Associates was also appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board finalized arrangements for the 44th Annual General Meeting, including e-voting details and a scrutinizer appointment.
