Novelix Pharmaceuticals' Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Gnana Prakash Gattu as a Whole-time Director for five years, effective August 29, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Gattu, an IIT-Chennai graduate with over 25 years of experience in management and information technology, belongs to the Promoter group.

His extensive background is expected to strengthen the company’s leadership and strategic operational capabilities.
