The company's board has updated its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) e-voting cut-off date to September 22, while the AGM date of September 29 is unchanged.

Mr. Mayank Desai resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

Following this, the board put forward Ms. Kenny Desai for re-appointment as a director retiring by rotation, replacing the earlier proposal involving Mr. Mayank Desai.

Additionally, Mr. Het Desai, son of the Chairman and Managing Director, was appointed as an Additional Executive Director for a five-year term, both appointments subject to shareholder approval.
