Smaart Tech Services' Board, at a recent meeting, approved key changes to its audit structure.

Following an Audit Committee review, M/s V A Dudhedia & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors, initially to fill a vacancy and subsequently for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Ms. Priyanka Patil was also appointed as Internal Auditor, enhancing the company's internal control and financial oversight.

The company further announced its 41st Annual General Meeting and set a cut-off date for shareholder voting eligibility.
