Ahmedabad Steelcraft's Board recently finalized preparations for its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Key proposals include shareholder consideration for the re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Pandey as a director.

The Board also approved the Directors' Report for the previous financial year and set the book closure and cut-off dates for the AGM.

An independent scrutinizer was appointed to oversee the e-voting.

Additionally, the company initiated the process for transferring unclaimed shares and dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund by issuing notices to relevant shareholders.
