Outcome of Board Meeting

Sameera Agro and Infra's board approved the 25th AGM for September 30, 2026, with book closure from September 22-29. The board also initiated a detailed review of subsidiary Globe Continent Distilleries' operations and future growth plans, expecting a report for further decisions.
