EURO LEDER FASHION LIMITED has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually.

Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the past financial year.

Key proposals include the re-appointment of Mr. Kavinesan I.M. as a Director and the appointment of Mr. RM Lakshmanan as Managing Director for a five-year term.

Also, Mr. Ravindran Varadarajan is proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Non-executive Director for five years.
