RSC International's board approved two key auditor appointments.

Mr. Ajay Yadav of M/s. Ajay Yadav & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. M/s. Kanu Doshi Associates LLP was also appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of M/s. D G M S & Co. This statutory auditor appointment awaits shareholder approval.
