Hindustan Biosciences' board approved a capital reduction scheme.

This will cancel 56.38 lakh shares of ₹2 each (pro-rata), reducing paid-up capital from ₹2.05 Cr to ₹0.92 Cr and setting off ₹1.13 Cr in accumulated losses.

Shares will also consolidate to ₹10 face value.
