Record Date

Jeena Sikho Lifecare (JSLL) has set Monday, September 21, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹4.50 per share for FY2025-26. Shareholders on record that day will be eligible to receive the dividend, if approved at the 9th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. Book closure for the AGM runs from September 22-28, 2026, which also serves as the cut-off for e-voting.
