Indong Tea Company Limited has disclosed that its promoter, Hariram Garg, increased his shareholding by acquiring 16,000 equity shares through on-market transactions.

These purchases took place between August 24 and August 29. Following these acquisitions, Mr. Garg's total stake in the company rose from 26,50,661 equity shares, representing 13.65%, to 26,66,661 equity shares, now accounting for 13.73% of the paid-up equity share capital.

This promoter buying indicates a vote of confidence in the company's future.
