Cineline India has set September 16, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

Eligible shareholders will receive Rs. 1.25 per equity share (face value Rs. 5) for FY26. This dividend, if approved at the September 23, 2026 AGM, will be paid within 30 days.
