Eldeco Housing has set September 16, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend.

Shareholders holding stock by this date will be eligible for a proposed Rs. 9 (450%) per equity share (face value Rs. 2) payout.

The dividend is pending approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026. The company’s share transfer books will close from September 17-23, 2026.
