Riba Textiles Limited's Board approved the Directors Report.

The Board has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting will be held via Video Conferencing.

For shareholder approval at the AGM, the Board proposed re-appointing Mr. Shyam Sunder Miglani as Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Mr. Amit Garg as Managing Director and Mr. Nitin Garg as Whole-time Director, each for a further three-year term.

A scrutinizer for e-voting was also appointed.
