Indifra's board approved Mrs. Indu Shukla as a Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval, effective Sept 1. They also cleared CMD's remuneration and the Draft Directors' Report for FY25-26. The 17th AGM is scheduled for September 26, 2026, virtually.
