Kabra Extrusion Technik has issued a corrigendum to its Special General Meeting notice concerning a preferential share issue.

An originally proposed allottee for 26,666 shares was found disqualified due to previous share transactions.

The company has replaced this allottee with Mr. Rakesh Ambalal Hinduja for the identical number of shares at the same issue price of Rs 375 each.

Importantly, the total preferential issue amount remains unchanged at 141 Crore for 37,60,000 shares.

This adjustment ensures the capital raising plan continues smoothly with regulatory adherence.
