Shareholders as of this date will vote on re-appointing Mr. Vasu Naren as Director and Chairman & MD (annual pay up to ₹1.80 Cr), Mrs. Shweta Baisla as Whole Time Director (annual pay up to ₹1.20 Cr), and appointing Ms. Rojina Thapa as an Independent Director.
