NSDL has communicated the web-link for its FY 2025-26 Annual Report and Notice of the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders without registered email addresses.

The 14th AGM is scheduled for September 22, 2026, via video conferencing.

The company also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details and dematerialize physical securities.

This update is crucial as physical security holders who haven't updated PAN, nomination, contact, or bank details will only receive payments like dividends electronically starting April 1, 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to update email IDs for online services.
