Lux Industries is demerging its Vertical A and Vertical C businesses into two new listed entities, Lux and Cozi Limited and Lux Global Limited, respectively.

This move aims to unlock shareholder value by creating focused businesses with independent management and clear growth strategies.

Existing Lux Industries shareholders will receive one share in Lux and Cozi and one share in Lux Global for every Lux Industries share held.

Both new companies are planned for separate listing, offering investors direct exposure to these specialized garment manufacturing and trading segments.

Lux Industries will continue to operate its Vertical B business.
