The company's Board approved issuing 11.70 lakh equity shares to non-promoters and 20 lakh convertible warrants to promoters.

It noted the divestment of two subsidiaries, Life 108 Healthcare (income 3.47 Cr, net worth 0.17 Cr; sold for 2.18 Cr) and Beastbells Media (income 0.11 Cr, net worth 0.02 Cr; sold for 0.02 Cr), to a Director, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Annapantula Seetarama Murthy was appointed as an Additional Independent Director.

Re-appointment of Secretarial Auditors was proposed, and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee was re-constituted.

The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30.
