GRT Jewellers is acquiring 74.12% of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri from its promoters for ~INR 1,033.7 Cr.

An open offer has been made to public shareholders for an additional 25.88% at INR 249.61/share, totaling ~INR 431.1 Cr.

This acquisition grants GRT control of TBZ.
