Record Date

Vishnusurya Projects has set September 19, 2026, as the Record Date for a potential final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (FV ₹10) for FY 2025-26. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026. Only shareholders holding shares on the Record Date will be eligible if the dividend is approved.
