Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the appointment of M/s Anju Panday & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 15th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 29 September 2026.
