Ganga Papers announced significant changes to its board leadership.

Mr. Manish Kumar has resigned as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, citing pre-occupation.

Consequently, he has also stepped down from his position as the Chairperson of the company.

The board has appointed Mr. Ramesh Kumar Chaudhary, an existing Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director who is related to the Promoter group, as the new Chairperson.
