Dharani Finance Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing on October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Shareholders will consider the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and a dividend declaration.

Key proposals include re-appointing MD Murugavel Ramasamy and a significant capital raise: issuing equity shares/other securities up to 4,451 Cr and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures up to 600 Cr.

The company also proposes to increase its authorized share capital from 5 Cr to 10 Cr and update its Memorandum for NBFC activities.
