Godavari Drugs' board has approved expanding its main business objectives to include manufacturing, marketing, and exporting nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, natural extracts, and food ingredients.

This strategic move aims to diversify the company into a new growth area.

The change, which is additive to current operations, requires shareholder approval via a Special Resolution at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting.

The company has also issued a revised notice for this AGM.
