September 11, 2026, is the record date for a 30% (Rs. 0.30/share) interim dividend for FY2026-27. Additionally, September 25, 2026, is the record date for the final dividend for FY2025-26. This final dividend will be paid if shareholders approve it at the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026.
