First Fintec Limited has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on September 29th at 3:00 p.m.

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including financial statements, will be emailed to registered members for review.

To facilitate the AGM, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23rd to September 29th.

Shareholders holding shares as of September 22nd will be eligible to participate in e-voting and vote at the meeting.
