The Victoria Mills Limited has announced its 113th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held electronically on September 25. Shareholders can attend via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means.

The company has set September 18 as the record date to determine eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if approved at the AGM.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 22 to September 24, enabling members to cast their votes.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19 to September 25 for the AGM.
